A business park of new beginnings

St Austell Business Centre
St Austell Printing Company - St Austell Business Park - the home of new beginnings.

Outgrowing premises in town, we acquired this site as the new headquarters for St Austell Printing Company. A single glance at the awe-inspiring panoramas of St Austell Bay sparked a greater ambition.

A desire to innovate, a passion to pioneer, a fresh space for your business to boom.

We saw a chance to give something back. A chance to help the local economy, and a new way to make a difference in business. We wanted to build a special space. A space where everyone could be inspired by a building that gave them more.

Funding allowed us to realise our vision.

This ERDF Convergence is supporting a well-established Cornish company in remaining competitive and adding to millions of pounds’ worth of investment that has already been used to encourage and strengthen business in and around St Austell.

It’s in the bright open spaces where your business vision comes to life, it’s in the eager faces of your employees as they start their day, it’s in the buzz of ideas after a training session.

At St Austell Business Park, inspiration is never far from reach.

Based in the heart of Cornwall, where superfast broadband, excellent transport links, and visionary vistas combine, this is one business and conference space that feels different.

Having opened our doors in 2013, St Austell Business Park continues to bring together sustainable design and pioneering business thinking, to create both high quality office workspaces tailored precisely to your needs, and conference and training facilities that exceed every expectation.

From flower-lined walkways and awe-inspiring panoramas, to garden spaces and flexible business units, each and every aspect of the Business Park has been designed with your business needs in mind.

A stone’s throw from the Eden Project, with Fowey on one side, and Mevagissey and The Lost Gardens of Heligan on the other, St Austell Business Park is the ideal destination for your fresh-thinking company, whether you’re breathing new life into existing business, inspiring a crowd, or kick-starting a new venture.
