ISO certification emphasises customer service, quality and sustainability

SAPC ISO Presentation
St Austell Printing Company - proud to receive our updates ISO 9001:2016 and 14001:2015 Certification and what that means for our customers.

We were pleased to welcome Roger Preston from ISO Management Systems to our factory, where he presented SAPC with our updated ISO 9001:2015 and 14001:2015 Certification documents.

ISO certifications are customer focussed quality management standards designed to ensure that materials, products, processes and service are fit for their purpose.  It is focused on ensuring the business delivers a consistent level of quality to its customers by having well defined and regularly reviewed processes and procedures.

ISO 9001:2015 shows that we have implemented quality management requirements across all areas of our business, including facilities, people, training, services and equipment. Meanwhile, our ISO 14001:2015 certification is based on our environmental management system which provides assurance to all our clients that environmental impact is being measured and improved.

Beth Mayman, Operations Manager said: “Ultimately, this means that our clients can be assured of the best-possible product quality, sustainability and excellent service levels.

“These certifications are very important to us and are a result of continued hard work and commitment from our team here at SAPC. We’re very proud of what we continue to achieve.”
