SAPC launches new secure data service

New Secure Data Transfer System
In preparation for the introduction of GDPR later this month, St Austell Printing Company have launched a free new service to enable clients to securely transfer their files.

The system has been put in place to allow databases to be securely transferred for campaigns facilitated by SAPC’s in-house mailing department. It can also be used for clients who wish to securely send artwork featuring commercially-sensitive information.

Beth Mayman, Operations Manager said: “This is just one of a range of services we’re introducing to help our clients through the challenges that GDPR compliance presents.

“As a data-processor, we have a set of internal systems in place which then ensure that data continues to stay secure on every step of it’s journey with us.”

The system is fully GDPR compliant with a full audit trail and end-to-end AES 256 military grade encryption. The system is certified by the British Assessment Bureau and meets the requirements of ISO 27001:2013.

Beth concluded: “When it comes to GDPR, we’re pleased to be leading the way for printing companies in Cornwall.”

If you’re already an SAPC customer, please contact your account manager to arrange for an account to be set up.
